The Competence Academy
RMX Transport Manager Competence Programme
Twelve months of supported learning for the person responsible for a ready-mixed concrete fleet. Self-paced study, a live session each month, and work you can use in the business.

How the year runs
Learn it, then use it on the fleet you already run.
STLA offers the programme through the Competence Academy. The Academy is part of STLA. Each month releases the core study, then a live session of 60 to 90 minutes. The practical work is a driver toolbox talk, and a review of a risk assessment, a safe system of work, or a policy.
Months 10 to 12 are the capstone: one project that draws the year together, presented and then turned into a plan for the next 12 months. Complete the modules, the sessions, the talks and the capstone, and STLA issues a certificate of completion. Delivered by the Competence Academy. Awarded by STLA.
